Very minor forgettable one, but when Amanda and Kramer set up the bathroom game in III, they definitely didn't get Elwes back to play Gordon. He's only onscreen for a few seconds and his face is covered by his arm, so you wouldn't be able to tell from the film alone.
They didn’t actually get the guy who played Daniel back for the flashback scene in Saw V though. Not sure about the other nerve gas house victim actors for that Saw V scene
