LAMILUX Composite Floor is an innovative composite floor covering based on a woven fabric-reinforced composite and custom flooring decor layers. The material-to-material bond between the decor flooring layer and the LAMILUX GRP reinforcement means there is no need for the extra weight of adhesive coatings. This quality combied with ist optimum strength and durability – even in demanding applications – and absence of odour makes LAMILUX Composite Floor ideal for intelligent lightweight construction. Moreover, the integral design enables producers to save on raw materials and streamline the manufacturing process during further processing. LAMILUX Composite Floor is available in two options (PVC flooring or decor surface layer).

The LAMILUX composite floor can be ordered in the following versions
The LAMILUX Composite Floor X-treme is available
- In a GRP carrier thickness of 1.1 mm or 1.4 mm
- In widths up to 2.8 m, depending on the PVC décor layer
- In sheets or coils
- With customer-specific PVC cover layers (customers provide the PVC)
- Other thicknesses, dimensions and PVC décor layers on request
- With various reverse side treatments (sanded or soft sanded) on request

LAMILUX Composite Floor ECO is available
- With a PVC-free decor layer, customer-specific decors on request
- In a thickness range between 1.5 and 2.0 mm (standard thickness 1.8 mm)
- Up to 2.15 m width with decor all-over, or with excess width without decor layer up to 3.20 m overall width
- In sheets or coils
- With customer-specific decors on request
- Other thicknesses or dimensions on request
- With various reverse side treatments (smooth, soft sanded, corona) on request
Specific product advantages
- Low-odour 2-in-1 solution for flooring application owing to special laminate hardening
- Reduction in weight and shorter process chain for further processing (no additional adhesive required for joining the decor and the GRP)
- Less sensitive to moisture than plywood
- Flooring without butt joints (in contrast to wooden decor panels)
