Galvanised Steel Fencing Line Wire ~ 5mm x 162m (25kg) ~ 5swg

Our thickest diameter heavy-grade galvanised fencing line wire manufactured from 5mm thick (5swg gauge) steel wire. Used for the heaviest duty chainlink fencing, agricultural fencing or where fences by be prone to impact damage or climbers or borrowing animals. 

Heavy duty line wire should be tensioned so that it is under strain and taut between fencing anchor posts. A tensioning tool or in-line ratchet mechanism will be required to tension this mega-thick wire. The steel mesh, PVC chainlink or galvanised stock fencing should be clipped to the line wire using hog-ring type galvanised steel clips. Additional wires should be installed horizontally at the base and middle of most fences.
