We are having a continuous wire galvanizing plant which carries out complete process in a single sequence ensuring the best quality product. Online annealing of wire provides more softness. In plating section, current is passed through strip which is immersed in an aqueous solution containing zinc particle resulting in zinc coating on wire uniformly. After plating, the wire is passed through rust preventive solution and carried over a hot plate to remove the moisture from the wire and rolled into taking ups. A visual inspection of cooling and coating is made to ensure a good quality product. As per requirement gi wire for chicken mesh, weld mesh, redraw quality, Redrawing Galvanized Wire is available.

• Zinc coating on hot dipped galvanized iron wire: 30 gms to 300 gms/m2
• UTS range for galvanized wire: 40 to 60 kg/mm2 for soft quality and 60 to 85 kg/mm2 for hard quality
• Tolerance for Galvanized wires: 2.5% (as per requirement lesser is also possible)
• Weight of Coil: 25 kgs to 600 kgs.
