(1) RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Plyco within 7 days from date of despatch of goods.
Email details of your claim to info@plyco.com.au.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

(2) LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@plyco.com.au.

(3) SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

(4) EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@plyco.com.au or phone us on (03) 9499 4997. We will then assess your claim and provide further instructions. If approved, you will be required to send your item to 14-20 Abbott Street, Street Fairfield, Victoria AU 3078.

(5) SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14-20 Abbott Street, Fairfield Victoria AU 3078.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
